You'll be returning to the palace today with a full party. The Velvet Room will be accessible again as well, and it is recommended that you make a short visit to fuse Yoshitsune if you haven't yet done so. That being said, you'll run into Sumire at the elevator where she rejoins the party.
Ride the elevator up to the Entrance and head for the Auditorium. You'll get into a fight at some point when Violet reawakens her Persona. All the enemies are conveniently weak to Bless so Violet should be able to finish them off quickly.

The seal on the Faith arcana will be broken after this, allowing you to grow it beyond rank 5. That is a task for later though. Head to the nearby safe room for now.
From here, fast travel to the Entrance Hall safe room and head for the Test Track so we could open that inaccessible treasure chest from before. In case you don't remember, it's where your very first visit to this palace ended. The locked chest contains a Cleaning Spray. Return to the safe room and fast travel back to the Corridor.
There, check the authentication device by the door across from the Auditorium. Futaba points out a Shadow carrying the ID you need but you must make quite the detour to get to him.
Auditorium
Enter the Auditorium and climb up the stairs on the east side. There is nothing particularly important to be found on the other podiums. Although you can still check if you like. If you happen to find a Treasure Demon among the searchable objects, just know that it is weak to Bless attacks.
That being said, head towards the dead end once you reach the the upper section of the Auditorium then look up behind you for a grapple point. Use that then jump down to the lower platform on the left. Turn around toward another dead end behind you for a locked treasure chest. This one holds a Decisive Rapier for Sumire but is also guarded by a powerful Shadow.
The Shadow is a Fafnir which has no weaknesses but should be easy enough to deal if you know what to do. Lower the enemy's defense and boost your party's attack and magic damage. Next, you'll want to use either Foul Breath or Stagnant Air to increase the Fafnir's ailment susceptibility. At this point, you can easily put it to sleep and knock it down with any attack. Defeat it with an All Out Attack afterward. Or simply toss a Hypno Mist if you have no desire to deal with the Shadow.

The path to the exit should be linear from here so go on ahead until you reach the Shadow that has your ID. Defeat the enemies so the party can return to the locked door from earlier and open it.
Warehouse
You will be forced to explore the warehouse without a map so it would be best to toss a Hypno Mist and put all enemies to sleep. This should allow you to look around without getting distracted by battles.
Head south and climb up the crates at the center of the room then turn left to hop onto another crate. Look up to find a grapple point you can use. Once on the upper level, climb up the shelf behind you and hop across to another section of the area.
Here, you'll want to go around south and east behind some crates until you reach the northeast corner of the room. Use the pipes here to get to the other side. Proceed to the center of this area and go left between some shelves. You will be alerted to the presence of a grapple point so look up to find it. You'll find a treasure chest with a Dizzy Vial S on the platform above. Jump back down to the lower level and go through the north door.
Head straight ahead and down the stairs then take a quick left at the bottom to spot another grapple point. Use that to reach a previously inaccessible platform and jump off the left end. Exit through the only available door at the bottom for another treasure chest. This one holds a Debilitator Ofuda.
Turn around and take a quick right for the next grapple point which takes you back up to the east side of the warehouse. At this point, there should be one last unexplored section on the right side of the map so climb up some crates there and follow the path around to the exit. Take the elevator up to the Monitoring Room. There is a safe Room at the corridor too. Use it before going any further where a some Shadows are waiting.

Boss: Spear-Wielding General and The Shadowed One
These enemies are tough only if you fight them the wrong way. For Turn 1, have Joker lower the enemies' defense with Marakunda while someone else uses Stagnant Air to increase ailment susceptibility. Ann should use Lullaby after that so both Shadows are put to sleep. Have your remaining party member boost the party's attack with Matarukaja.
For Turn 2, Joker should use Down Shot to knock down the targets without waking them. Now you can follow through with an All-Out Attack which should leave both enemies with only a small amount of health. Hit The Shadowed One with Wind magic to kill it before putting the remaining enemy back to sleep. At this point, you can hit the Spear-Wielding General with any attack to knock it down and finish it off.
